Am I able to do the certifications without being a Searchmetrics customer?

The Searchmetrics Academy is designed around the customer experience of the Searchmetrics Suite Business, Suite Enterprise as well as Suite Ultimate. Access to either of these editions as well as the Searchmetrics Help Center is highly recommended.

Can I buy multiple Yellow and Green Belts?

A certification can only be held by a person, as it is an individual achievement. It is not possible to do a bulk-purchase for multiple persons at the same time. Each person needs to buy access to the certification courses individually. Please note that the email address used to purchase certifications in the academy shop will also be set as your default email in the learning management platform; the Searchmetrics Academy.

Is it possible to purchase the Green Belt only?

The Searchmetrics certification process follows a hierarchical structure. The Yellow Belt is therefore a precondition to be able to do the Green-Belt. Once you have purchased access to the Yellow Belt, you will be able to purchase access to the Green Belt. Access to the Yellow and Green Belt can also be purchased at the same time.

I have completed the purchase, but where can I find my Searchmetrics Academy Login?

You will receive a separate email from the Searchmetrics Academy featuring your username and your personal activation link. The sender of this email is system@litmos.com as the Searchmetrics Academy is powered by Litmos, a learning management system by CallidusCloud. In case you are not able to find the email in your inbox, please have a look in your bulk-folder. If the email cannot be found at all, please get in touch with us through academy-shop@searchmetrics.com

Where can I find the correct invoice for my purchase?

You will receive two emails after you completed a purchase in the Searchmetrics Academy. The first email will confirm your order, whereas the second email will contain the invoice for your order. Please use the invoice for any accounting-related purposes.

How can I apply a discount-code to my order?

Discounts can be applied in the LAST step of the purchase process.
1. You start with the selection of your certification course.
2. After you provide your company information (Name, Country, VAT-number) and accepted the terms and conditions you are ready to hit the check-out button.
3. After you initiated the check-out process you will be forwarded to the Paypal payment gateway.


4. Paypal Express is an external gateway and you can choose your preferred payment option.
5. Please provide all necessary information and complete the Paypal-validation process. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED IN THIS STEP.
6. After completion of the Paypal validation process you will be redirected to the academy shop. A complete listing of all associated costs will be presented. Please apply your valid discount-code. The costs will be adapted accordingly. 

7. As soon as you hit “Complete my purchase” your order will be confirmed and you will be charged accordingly.
